Notice re: Dorset Recreation Centre
Despite provincial COVID-19 regulations being updated to allow for recreation facilities to open in stage 3 of the provincial roadmap to re-open, the Dorset Recreation Centre will remain closed until further notice in order to facilitate a mould remediation project.
A timeline for project completion and re-opening is not currently available.
Council received this information during their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday July 15, 2021 where a detailed mould remediation report was presented.
